Use the 1.5mm mat for increasing stability styles of yoga with more active poses or balanced, focused poses. This mat is also great for travel as it is easily foldable. You can also roll or fold it and use it as a yoga or meditation cushion. This mat is good for intermediate and advanced practitioners.

Pour a little bit of white vinegar onto a clean, dry cloth, and rub the vinegar into the stained suede. You want to dampen the suede, not soak it. Let the suede air dry, and then brush the spot to remove any lingering marks. Do not clean with water.
